Will Palmetto group encounters from the same MMP together?

Answer:

No, Palmetto GBA will not group encounters from the same MMP together. All encounters received for processing by the state will be sent in one daily file, per claim type (i.e. all Medicare Part-A Encounters, all Medicare Part-B Encounters, all DME Encounters, etc.).
